Montesa Cota 247 OKO Carburetor Kit, Complete

Description: This OKO carburetor kit is for Montesa Cota 247 Trials bikes that were originally fitted with AMAL concentric carburetors. The kit includes all you will need to convert to a genuine OKO D slide carburetor. The kit contains a genuine OKO 26mm D slide carburetor that is rejetted and set up for the Cota 247. These carburetors come directly to us from the factory in Taiwan (they are not cheap Chinese copies). Also included in the kit is a ten mm thick heat block to replace the original heat block, a rubber flange adapter for the spigot mount carburetor, two 8mm Allen head bolts to replace the studs, and an inner sleeve to connect the air boot to the carburetor intake. Your throttle cable will work with the OKO as long as you have a little adjustment available.We are authorized US distributors for OKO and we have been using these OKOs on many models for about eight years, often for competition in Mid-Atlantic Vintage Trials events. Before shipping each kit, we rejet it and change the needle for its application, adjust the float level and thoroughly inspect it. Photos are of bikes we have either built or tuned for others. This kit will give your Montesa a smoother idle, much quicker throttle response and more power, especially noticeable in low to mid-range. We offer a 14 day return policy if you are not completely satisfied, as well as a 90 day warranty. If you have a problem during that time, simply return it to us and we will either repair or replace it.
