Thats right-every card is foil and every card is signed by chapin himself since he made this deck famous. There is very few changes from his actual list. I met chapin at worlds in 2008 in memphis and he signed the whole deck. I fell in love with the deck and had to buy the deck in foil and held on to it ever since. It will be sad to let this unique piece of history go. Please note the deck is slightly bent.
