This document is dated February 28, 1811. This signed document has been authenticated by JSA and comes with a full LOA. The certificate # is YY65902 which can be looked up on their website. At the time, the Ministry of War nor Napoleon knew the sex of his soon to be born child. On March 20, 1811, Napoleon's wife, Marie Louise, would give birth to their only son and was named François Charles Joseph Bonaparte, otherwise known to the world as Napoleon II. His son was born at the Tuileries Palace, Paris, to all the splendour of the Imperial Court. Back to the document itself. The Ministry of War requests and describes what acts would be organized at the celebration. The Ministry of War, Duc de Feltre has signed this document as well as Napoleon Bonaphate signed the document. This official document measures 8.25 x 12.16 inches approximately (21 x 31.3 cm)out of frame. In frame, it measures 16.5 x 20.5 inches. Framing includes mylar, 99.9% UV protective plexiglass- the best and same used in museums. There is handwriting on both sides of the document. The document translated into English says: front of the document: "Honor to report to Your Majesty, that I have given orders for everything to be prepared, in the Places de Guire and Ports of the Empire, to be announced at the first official notice that I transmit, the birth of the Child of your Majesty, Know Hundred and One Cannon Shots, if it is a Prince, by twenty-one shots, if it is your Princess. I beg Your Majesty to make me Commander, if it is your intention, that this measure also be executed in the Places and Ports of the German army, as well as in the Plause, Dantrick, Stettin, Glogam, di7 to the different armed forces employed Spain and Portugal" back of the document: as well as the Armies of Italy and Holler.
