This comes in the original box and is in nice condition with no damage. *** Light cord has a metal piece below the bulb. To insert the bulb into the bottom of the building, you need to squeeze each side of the metal piece together and those metal sides rest on the sides of the hole. Please see last photo. The entire piece was inserted inside the building. I was only able to get one side out.
