I mentioned, in previous listings, that she and I had our rights violated, and I wanted to get us out of the terrible situation and into a new home. We did find a new home together, but she died before I could get her out of assisted living. I still want a resolution to what she and I went through. It was a dishonor what was done to us. Nothing replaces my mom - but I want to raise funds to help find some justice. Whomever might be of service towards this, it will be for a worthy purpose - to honor a truly extraordinary woman, and the love of a son and his mother. Vintage occult / metaphysical / positive thought type book. For the age, and considering the general wear to the book, it's still in quite solid condition. About GOOD condition:Wear to the covers, including the cloth at top and bottom of spine. Bumps to corners - bottom corner tip, on the front, is quite worn. Scattered spotting to the back cover. There's some cracking at front and rear hinges; however, the binding is intact and seems pretty solid. Overall, the pages are quite clean and paper quality is fine. There are numerous pages with underlining, particularly at the beginning and ending. There's an interesting letter, written in pencil, on the rear free end pages; it discusses some land and property concerns, and appears to be quite old.
