These 4x7" soft inserts are also perfect for your smaller side plate carrier pockets. These are the same level IIIa and fragmentation (bomb) rated construction as Rhino Armor IIIa vests. Besides being light, these inserts are soft and comfortable and just about 1/4" thick. Made of military grade kevlar and spectra for better ballistics, less weight and less blunt trauma.
