It has the 1920's/30's cold shoulder (a sleeveless dress with a little wrap over your arm - great for women who don't have perfect biceps). The dress has side slits which start about 23" from the hem. The colors are stunning. Un-stretched Measurements: Bust = 41 inches, Waist = 36 inches, This dress is very long - Length = 61".
