Graded comics: One issue with graded comics (CGC, CBCS) is that the holders have 'Newton rings'; which are oily-looking spots from where the holder and the insert plastics meet and create an rainbow effect. It is a phenomenon that does not affect the grade/value of the book and is not damaging the actual book and is not a defect with the holder. I will not refund/return based on this issue.
