The composite TV output of this model CGA card is reported to require full PC/XT/AT/ATX PSU with -5V present. The color image via its composite output (if you get monochrome image) may require additional low level init described in the included manual and may rely on the accuracy of your motherboard 14.318 MHz ISA clock.
