Very light scuffs/scratches were observed along the glossy lid edges and glossy pot bottom side, along with some very small chips found on the inside coated surface the lid and pot lip. All of this can be seen in the listing photos which is unfortunately very difficult to capture in pictures. These minor cosmetic blemishes do not affect the items functionality, as this is another beautiful + high quality Staub product built to last a lifetime!
