Pure Stride Kids Orthotics give quick pain relief in the arch, heel and metatarsals. They are made up of 4 layers to ensure comfort. The first layer is an anti-microbial mesh, the second layer is a high rebound EVA and the 3rd layer is a plastic shell. The metatarsal area has a blue EVA plug for added comfort. Directions: Remove the inserts in your shoes. Insert the Pure Stride Kids Orthotics red side up in your shoes.
