The initial supply current is <500mA which falls down to <250mA after warm-up. This unit has a built-in 4.0V regulator but no EFC control. For sine wave output just add a filter to capture the harmonic of your choice. Since this is high speed C-moss there is plenty of harmonic energy even @ 200MHz. See examples in the data photo. Although there is not EFC pin the short term stability and low phase noise make this suitable for use at least 24Ghz. I added a 20MHz filter when testing the phase noise. These were not cheap OCXO's, each one has a unique serial number. For those looking for a 40MHz reference for your Pluto SDR, just use a 40MHz filter after this OCXO since the Pluto and most other SDR radios have reference calibration in the software.
