The directional shape gives the board lots of drive, but with only a 1cm difference between the nose and the tail, it’s great fun, and easy to ride switch. It features: our Standard Camrock three-phase camber construction with added rocker in the nose and tail, and traditional camber between the bindings for extra pop and control; our Premium Sandwich construction made with advanced material like carbon for increased durability and improved shock absorption; and our super strong, responsive and lightweight Master Core, built with the perfect harmony of different wood types and densities for a superior weight-to-performance-to power ratio. Shipping U.S. Shipping We ship all items the same or the next business day after payment is received. We ship Monday through Friday, holidays excluded. We ship most items with Fedex Ground or Home Delivery and with USPS Priority Mail. We reserve the right to ship using either carrier. Most items cannot be shipped to a PO Box. Returns Returns & Exchanges Returns or Exchanges are allowed up to 30 days from purchase. All items must be in the same condition as received, with all packaging, accessories and tags attached and included. Items that are returned in a used/incomplete/dirty/animal hair condition will be assessed a large restocking fee or in some cases returned to the buyer. We cannot do any return or exchange on any used items. We can exchange any brand new items if there is a sizing issue. Please email us to do an exchange - please do not request a return through eBay if you want to exchange an item. We offer a longer exchange period during the Christmas holiday season. We welcome all questions so that you can find the perfect product for you! Warranty Most of our products come with at least a one year, manufacturer's limited warranty. If you have a warranty problem, the quickest way to address it is to contact the manufacturer directly or you can contact us to get the process going. Please be aware that the warranty is limited and won't cover all damage. Some examples of things that are NOT covered under warranty: Board Impact - Running into an object or running into someone else on the slopes, is not covered under warranty. If someone else runs into you, unfortunately, this is also not covered. Freestyle Snowboarding - Using rails, boxes or other hard surfaces in the terrain park can cause damage to your board. This is not covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Nose or Tail Impact - Landing a jump on the nose or tail that causes the board to bend or crack is considered impact damage and is not covered under warranty. Boots - Tears or rips caused by holding your board up while riding the lift, are not covered. Bindings - Plastic straps can become brittle in extreme temperatures and broken straps are not covered under warranty. If you do break a strap, let us know and we will see if we have any replacements we can send you. Also, lost screws or straps are not covered but if you do lose one, let us know and we will see if we have a replacement for you. We recommend you check all equipment every day before riding, and be careful when strapping in to avoid problems.
