Description: The listing is for a Nintendo New 3DS Limited Pokemon Starters Cover, with an Eevee & Evolution Case. Both the cover and the case are official Pokemon items and rare. I will also provide a charging cable as a gift for free. The console is in used condition. The cover plates are very used and have many scratches and shown in the attached pictures 4-7. The console itself is also used but clean. Both screens look good to me (don't turn yellow based on my observation). You can also ask me for more photos to judge by yourself. The console has been updated and is originally region-locked. I can help you unlock it and install the pokemon bank or some other games (like the ones in the last picture). The console's system language is Japanese; I can also help change the system to US system in English with an extra charge of $10 although I do not recommend you doing that (changing to US system will disable the pokemon bank).
