Decorated with a hand painted landscape scene with cottage, trees, body of water and mountains. Purple, yellow, and pink sky above. Gold gilding along the edge. Marked on the bottom Hand Painted M Nippon with a wreath. This mark was used by the Morimura Brothers in Nippon (Japan) between 1911 and 1921. Has some wear to the gilding, but otherwise good condition. Measures approximately 5 1/4 inches wide including the handle x 2 inches tall.
