Its obverse side features a 40-nummi bronze follis coin from the reign of Emperor Anastasius I and a decorative stucco art from the Church of Saint Panteleimon in Gorno Nerezi. Its reverse side shows the Fresco of Archangel Gabriel from the Annunciation as depicted in the Church of Saint Ghiorghi in Kurbinovo. Security features include a 2-mm windowed security thread with demetalized Cyrillic text and a watermark that shows the copper follis coin.
