Pre-printed information on the back side from office of R.H.M.F.I.CO., North River, VA, Dec. 10, 1924 advises of the assessment to pay for the losses of T. A. Sellers, Geo. H. Smiley, G. W. Richards, George Moore, and incidentals. Very good / fine condition, small bend at lower right corner (as seen from address side), small brown stain below address, wear at corners, minor crease.
