This was never used--we just purchased a large amount of Hallmark ornaments from a man that owned a pharmacy and sold Hallmark. The box is in perfect condition with the price tag still affixed. There are no chips, cracks, or breaks. Most of the items that I sell are antique or vintage as as such they do show signs of patina, use, and age. That only adds to the character that so many collectors desire. If there are any major issues or defects, I try to describe them to the best of my ability and as accurately as possible.
