Obscure Fashion Doll, Crush Urban Energy EMILY (?), circa 2000 by Toy Quest

Description: This fashion doll is from an obscure line called "Crush Urban Energy" by Toy Quest. This doll is from around the year 2000. This line of dolls included only four dolls. Two of them were blonde. I believe this one is EMILY due to the green eyes. The KELSY (the other blonde) doll seems to have blue eyes. This doll has the same very slim and petite build as a Monster High doll, but at 10 inches tall is slightly shorter than Monster High dolls. The Crush Urban Energy dolls have very interesting articulated arms. Her earrings and belly button are supposed to light up. This doll does not currently light up, but she is old, and I have not changed the batteries. She does take two AG13 button batteries. She is in "played-with condition" and has been written on with magic marker. I was able to get most of it off with a light cleaning. She has been redressed in Barbie clothes, I do not have any of her original clothing or accessories. Please see photos as part of the description.
