This brass adapter is used to simply screw into an oil lamp collar that uses a #2 burner , the top containing an electric socket so that you can convert your oil lamp to an electric lamp. Uses a 3 inch base chimney same as a #2 oil burner. 1 & 3/16" wide threaded base to fit #2 oil lamp collar. Uses any standard base bulb. Be sure to remove oil from lamp and dry before using adapter. Comes with the easy to use screw on collar in case you need it as some #2 lamps have external glass threads. Uses the same shade holders as the #2 oil burners.LAST photo for demo purposes and shows our standard version #2 electric burner, you are only getting the electric burner adapter.
