This purchase doesn't include a wireless remote or a power down box. The motor is compatible with a wireless remote as long as you have a working power down box to connect the wireless remote. It needs to be plugged in via the power cord to an outlet and you should be good to go once you pair the wireless remote with the working power down box. This purchase does NOT come with a power down box. This particular motor is NOT compatible with a wired remote. The Okimat 2 motor comes from the Leggett & Platt, Inc adjustable bed.
