Description: Measures 15 inch without Naja. Naja measures 2 1/2" x 2 1/4". Total length is 17 1/2 inches. 54 "round" hand stamped "bench" beads. 12 "blossoms". Stone is 1/2"x 12/32". Total weight is 106 grams.This piece is strung on a modern med. weight, anti kink "snake" type 925 silver chain with a "lobster" claw type clasp. There is a 7 1/4" inch gap, so about 3.5" of chain from clasp to beads on each side (see photos). I believe this was done to lengthen the overall necklace without incorporating anything other than the original componants. The chain is well made and substantial in diameter.This is an authentic piece showing the patina of a well loved family heirloom. The simplicity of the design is typical for a piece of its age and origin.
