Description: Old Vintage Primitive Wooden Stool w/ Carrying Hole & Mortise Joints This is an old primitive small size bench with a decorative carrying hole and mortise joints in the top. Handmade with square nails.Lots of character and good patina. Wood is smooth and worn.There is a crack in one of the bootjack legs that has a nice old wood pin repair on it. See photos 9-11. I think this adds to the character of the stool. The stool is solid. I would not stand on my old benches or stools. They may feel solid, but I wouldn't want to chance it.Measures: 14.5" long x 7 3/4 wide x 7 1/4" tall I will be listing a bunch of old stools I have been collecting. Look for more for sale! This stool is my favorite.
