Description: This an excellent completely untouched original piece in fantastic field condition, Enlisted mans side-cap. An early war example retaining all insignia and colour, shows clear signs of use during the war, small moth nips are the extent of the damage. Inside it is stamped with sizing information and a name that has been removed. An honest example of a WW2 German side cap with vent holes for an incredible price. This piece was acquired 6 years in a lot from a private Museum/collection in Soissons France, it has been in my possession ever since.
