Elastic waist with drawstring, 100% cotton jersey knit, side seam pockets, button fly. They show pretty heavy wash wear (fading of the navy background and all-over pilling), but no holes, stains or fraying. Elastic still has plenty of stretch. Tag size mens Large (36-38), but the length has shrunk and the inseam is only 28". Flat across waistband: 15.75" without stretch to about 19" stretched Rise: 11.5"
