This note is circulated and has the following: folding and wear (also has creases and areas of wrinkled folding); overall staining and darker areas of spot/line/section stains (also has smudges, dark and dirty areas, grease stains, areas of discoloration, foreign substance including writing in red ink); edge and corner wear (including corners rounded and/or split/frayed); edge indents/nicks (if any tears exist they are small); surface wear; several holes and two are large.
