The item # on the box is 5228. The box is square and in great shape with the original factory shrink wrap. Each tray of the puzzle measures 13" x 11" when assembled. There are three trays. This scene is a representation of the famous Paradox image with people walking up and down stairs that don't seem to make sense. There are three layers. Each of the three trays of parts are made of plastic, and are see-through, other than the images that are printed in B&W. There is a picture that is included that will help you, but it does not tell you which layer each part of the building belongs to, or how they fit together. The date of the puzzle is 1992.
