Gently pull the fleece tab and adjust for a snug, comfortable fit (do not overtighten). Remaining fleece tube material can be used over, under or between the 1st & 2nd toes or trimmed. Be careful not to pull tab out of the sleeve. If this happens, use tweezers to help reinsert. Note: Foam insert can be removed entirely or used on top of toes — whichever is most comfortable.
