Upon notification, the consumer will receive a Return Authorization Number. The item must be returned to the seller in the same condition received. The return package must be postmarked within 30 days of the original receipt date. The refund will be processed within 9 days upon receipt of the returned package. HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY: Returning your item: Items purchased that are received between November 23, and December 25, may be returned through January 14. Please note that all other terms and conditions provided in the Refund Policy are still applicable with respect to such items purchased. All purchases made after December 25, are subject to the Standard Return Policy. UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES: Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, you will be issued refund minus the 20% restock fee. RESTOCKING FEE: For the return of a defective item, JCs Wildlife will bear the cost of all shipping charges incurred to the consumer as well as provide return labels to the consumer, and no restocking fee will be charged.
