(Note: Many others are calling this edition a 1911 first edition which is not possible due to the photoplay and year the movie was made. However, it most likely is a Grosset & Dunlap first edition for the photoplay edition.) Nice clean copy in good condition overall, cloth cover with minimal wear to edges and corners, the picture on the front is bright with just a bit of rubbing, pages are clean and bright and in good condition, has a name/inscription on first blank page, the front and back end papers are more recent as the book was professionally repaired and bound by The Bookbinders in Loveland, Colorado, ...so the binding is strong and tight for many years of future enjoyment.
