This card is not an Error card, It is in fact the first "Ultra Rare" card to be released in the English expansions If you look through Rocket Checklists, you will see that it will have Dark Raichu on there, standing at Number 83 where it belongs, further proving that being a misprint is not the case. The error is in fact in the list standings, stating that there are only 82 cards in the deck, when it should have been 83. But 82 was printed on every card, so it was still considered a pretty rare card in the deck.
