Return policy details: As a registered Company we comply Distance Selling Laws. If you change your mind regarding your purchase we will accept a return within 30 days of the date item received by you. In order for the return policy to be adhered to the item must come back to us in it original condition and not been fitted to the vehicle. Please be aware that you will be responsible for cost of returning products on a 'changed my mind' basis. We refund in full and unlike some automotive business do not charge restocking fees. Our fuel pumps and fuel regulators carry a 1yr manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects. In the unlikely event of a fuel pump failure we do ask for the pump to be returned for testing. Testing is carried out independently from ourselves. If the unit is found to be faulty due to manufacturing defect it will be refunded or replaced. If it is found to be working to specification or suffering from contamination it will be returned to you. If you need to return a pump for testing please contact us for our returns authorisation form and returns address. While we are as specific as possible in detailing items and assisting with enquiries we do ask you to understand that when dealing with car parts there are often many model variations. We will try and provide as much information as possible to help you with your purchase but would always advise that you take responsibility for double checking information yourself. Where we provide original fuel pump numbers please do check that it matches your own. For items such as air filters we recommend you check measurements that we provide against your own. Of course, with the complexity of car parts we understand that order mistakes do happen.
