Description: Vintage 1940s World Leader Obscure Political Card Vintage single (1 card only) collector card issued in the early 1940s. It is a bit of an obscure issue. It seems like it is a thin stock card affixed to a card stock backing. I have no idea if it was issued like this, but I believe it was. I have 47 different cards from this set and they are all identical size cards like this. This card measures approximately 1 7/16" x 2 3/8" . It is in EX condition. The back is blank.
