PRETTY LITTLE 1900s O/C LANDSCAPE PAINTING OLD HOUSE IN THE HILLS STONE FENCE

Description: This is an Estate Fresh Oil Painting from a local Estate home. Its a PRETTY LITTLE 1900s or 20s Oil on Canvas LANDSCAPE PAINTING an OLD COUNTRY HOUSE IN THE HILLS w STONE FENCE & FLOWER GARDENS. Just a sweet little old painting, the home site with the old New England style Stone fence with a gate. There are flower gardens and what look like Chickens and Sheep or Cows. The Hills and Mountain in the background. It comes in very nice condition as described above. Not sure where this setting is, honestly could be from anywhere or just a painting. It does have an old label on the back from the Kodaks Picture Frames & Novelties Hobbs & Sutphen - Picture Frame Makers on Adams St in Chicago. You can tell by the label and the back of the frame that its an old piece. They were in business at least in the 1900 and maybe thru the 1940s....possibly longer or less. Can't find much more documentation, but in an art catalogue in 1905. Its a really interesting old painting.
