Qualatex 24" Q24 Latex Balloons

Description: Please read in full, as this contains useful information! Product Details:We have individual and loose Q24 balloons of a variety of colors within this listing. These are original Qualatex balloons, and all of the packages within this listing have never been used or inflated. You will receive THE EXACT items in the images associated with their color. They're all we have anyways. Storage Conditions: Products have been stored within air tight bags along with some talcum powder/dehydration packets to remove moisture, and these bags have been stored within a sealed and light-obstructing tote to prevent degradation over the years. Quality: Although we are unable to process returns (excluding as required by ebay policy) due to the unpredictable nature of balloons, we have opened and inflated several packages of a few colors to test for quality (including the notorious crystal-green!). Images of these tests are can be viewed by sending me a message (Ebay disallows links in the item description), as well as a couple of images in the main photo area (yes they are underinflated I know). Additionally, we have inspected the balloons observe for any "stickiness" or "latex rot" and will not sell any balloons that show any signs latex rot. At your request, we can certainly send an image or video of the EXACT product(s) you will receive, so that you can see the visible quality of the product, without committing to purchase. DEFECTS: 2 of the color listings are marked with DEFECT and are at reduced price. None of these balloons show signs of latex rot. However, one balloon was in contact with other balloons and seems to show some discoloration as a result. The other balloon has a manufacturer error of a "knot" of rough/thick latex, which we have flagged as defective. Please message for further details. Custom Tests and Service:We do not intend to offer inflation tests to customer's product, as doing so requires opening the packages which means we can no longer sell them to anyone else. However, we do have a few Q24s of our own, some that were not stored or are from already opened packages, etc, and we MAY provide more test images as requested of certain colors, should we have them. Shipping: We usually ship it within 24 hours, or even same-day if possible. However, since life-things can happen, we wanted to allow a bit of extra time for us to ship out packages to accommodate. Feel free to shoot a message to ask "Can you ship it by X?" and we'll be sure to make plans to meet your desired schedule. We recently suffered a package-thief incident of our own recently, and while we can't guarantee anything after the packages leave our paws, we can add signature confirmation delivery through USPS at your request for large orders ($100+) without an additional charge to you, since we know how stressful a lost package can become. Miscellaneous (still important!): - HEALTH HAZARD – Product has been stored in box with talcum powder, which may be present on the product. While the amount of talcum powder should be minimal, it is known that talcum powder is able to lead to respiratory irritation, disease, and cancer if inhaled. The balloons don't have any powder on the outside since we've dusted them off with cloth, but there could be some still inside the balloons themselves, although it should be typical with what balloons usually have. - CHOKING HAZARD – Children under 8 yrs. can choke or suffocate on uninflated or broken balloons. Adult supervision required. Keep uninflated balloons from children. Discard broken balloons at once. - SELECT COUNTRIES AVAILABLE INTERNATIONALLY. Our shipping destinations will continue to increase as we research worldwide shipping and are likely to expand to more countries as time goes on. We are starting with select countries in Europe this week. Be sure to message us with inquiries for your country and we can expedite the availability to you! - Privacy is important, and (US only) packages will not be labeled with anything that identifies the contents. Packages are likely to be brown/white cardboard boxes or brown/white envelopes. - We don't smoke, or have pets, or kids. Odor free! - By purchasing, you accept and understand the risks regarding the fragility of balloons, as they can pop unpredictably, as well as understand and accept the risks regarding latex degradation, despite our very best efforts and associated quality control that we provide. To be fully informative, we HAVE had some balloons that did not meet our quality expectations, but these balloons so far have always displayed visible signs of sub-par quality, such as balloon tackiness and clumping. By removing any balloons or packages that displayed poor quality latex, the product you receive is the best quality we can provide in good faith, but we still cannot guarantee that it will be 100% free from possible latex degradation. With the offers and service we provide to you, the consumer, to ensure that balloon quality is as good as possible, we, the sellers, are not obligated to accept returns for any reason that is not outlined within ebay policy explicitly. Unfortunately, bad faith actors exist and we cannot protect ourselves against a return wherein a similar package, of poor quality balloons, would be returned back to us, and from there potentially sent to another customer. To protect against this, and maintain our standards of quality excellence (see our existing reviews as a seller!), we have elected to not accept returns except for as required by ebay policy. - Pricing may be fluid, since we don't really know how much these are worth. We based our starting prices from previous ebay listings of Q24 and try to beat or match those prices as guidelines. Over time, the price is likely to gradually fall if certain colors do not sell, so keep an eye on the price and remaining quantity, since we can't get any more of these.
