Description: This listing is for a rare newspaper called the "The True American", that was printed in Trenton, New Jersey. I'm unsure if there were other pages that are missing, but this listing is for 2 double-sided pages. This issue is from 1827. It reads mostly like a local "classifieds". There is one article referring to a missing "boy". I acquired this from an antique dealer that passed away. He had a series of really old 1800s newspaper. It has been kept in a plastic slip case to protect it and I will ship it flat in this. It has wear from age and is not perfect, but can still be read easily. Please see all photos for condition and feel free to ask any questions.***Sales tax of 7.75% is added to all California transactions. Please be aware that some other states have recently required that sales tax is collected. This is automatically added to your transaction by eBay and they send it directly to your state government. We, the seller, have no control over this portion of the invoice. Thank you for understanding.***
