Description: No Reserve!!! A rare view of these ancient Roman ruins in Nimes France by Hamelaine circa 1860s. The view has a hand scribed label on the back as "Tour Magne Nimes" and depicts a central view of these ruins which is on top of a hill just outside the city of Nimes and is the oldest Roman ruin in the area. The stereo effect is good between the hillside in the foreground and the ruin in the background. The photographer is Hamelaine who issued a "Midi de la France" series and worked out of Rouen, France in the 1860s. I will combine shipping with any of my other stereoview auctions AND I will ship internationally I am starting to sell my large collection of Stereoviews (5k left) again after a 2year hiatus. Please stay tuned!!! "
