Description: Antique Omani Khanjar Dagger Jambiya Silver. Estate find. Old Rare Islamic Omani Khanjar Silver Dagger Jambiya with Horn Handle, old Rare Knife Silver buckle. Appears to be either early 20th or late 19th century. An excellent example of a classic Omani Khanjar. Dagger measures a hair over 12” with a 8” blade. Measures 15.5” in sheath. Bone handle is intact and beautifully adorned with copper, brass and steel accents. Hilt accent appears to be sterling. Blade shows rust, and patina, but will likely clean up, shows well as is. Belt is intact, but leather trim is a little stiff and cracked in places. Sheath is beautifully adorned and highly detailed.
