Strong gluded halfblind dovetail joinery . Reverb tank will fit at the bottom . Chassis cutout is 23-5/8" wide x 1-7/8"tall . Your chassis must measure 23"-1/2 wide x 1-3/4" tall to fit this chassis cutout . The shell is made of solid 3/4" pine . The baffle board and back panels are baltic birch plywood . Please note this cabinet will also fit a Blackface Vibroverb . Standard features included in you purchase are as follows . Chassis mounting hardware not included . Buyer is responsible for any drilling needed for mounting his chassis 1. #8 oval head zinc wood screws and decorative finish type washers at back panel. 2. Attractive strong halfblind gluded dovetail joinery . 3. Attractive routered outside corners . I take a lot of pride in every cabinet I build as you will see when you receive the cabinet . I do not stock any cabinets and I make them one at a time in the order the order is place . I have fabricated thousands of cabinet and sell them all over the world . I do not have all the big overhead that these big companys have , thus I pass the savings on to you . All the cabinets I build are fabricated in my shop , one at a time , out of 3/4" pine that I select and assembled using strong beautiful halfblind dovetail glued joinery . I then router the exterior corners so you can easily install standard corner protectors if you so choice . The baffle board is 3/4" baltic birch and the rear panel is 1/4" baltic birch plywood . I use #8 oval head zinc plated wood screws and finish washers for that custom look . All the cabinets I sell are sanded to a #220 grit when they are mailed off to you the buyer .
