This glove is for the RIGHT handed thrower as the glove fits on the LEFT hand ! I would say that this mitt would work well for a growing or grown boy and it would also work very well for an adult who likes a smaller glove ! This mitt doesn’t appear to have been used a lot ! I would say that it was used just enough to break it into perfect playing condition ! So the glove is perfectly broken in and it is game ready ! The mitt has a very nice firmness to it and it can handle any fast ball from any pitcher ! This mitt also has an incredible pocket as you can see in the photos ! So once the ball enters the pocket of this mitt it is not going to pop out ! Checkout the 4th and the 5th photos how the glove just wraps itself around the baseball and the 6th photo how the glove looks in the closed position without a baseball in the pocket while the 8th and the 9th photos also shows how the glove wraps itself around a full size 12” round softball ! As far as fitting goes, this glove is a snug but very comfortable fit on my average adult size hand ! The glove does NOT have a Velcro wrist strap but it doesn’t need it as the glove has a very nice snugness around my wrist ! The inner lining is in excellent condition as the glove is extremely comfortable to the hand and the fingers all the way up through the finger stalls ! There is the name POND written on the outer edge and you can see this in the photos ! Now other than that there is no ink or marker anywhere on the glove ! You will not be disappointed with this glove !
