Description: Up for sale here is this recap kit for the Heathkit C-3. At this point these are over 60 years old, and the old parts are weak and failing, with leaky capacitors. We will make them new again! This kit includes replacement Supertech film and axial electrolytic capacitors. It also includes instructions to explain how to install everything. You will get the exact parts shown in the picture. These are all high-quality brand new genuine parts, the same parts I use when I rebuild vintage gear. The kit includes replacements for all capacitors except the 200 pf cap, which doesn't usually have problems and doesn't need replacing. I will include surprisingly well-written instructions, but rebuilding tube gear is somewhat complicated, and you should know what you're doing and have a decent soldering iron. This kit will not fix everything that could be wrong with your equipment, but it will certainly help. Please see my pictures for details.
