SN: #940912. This lens is fit for all Minolta 'MD' bayonet mount 35mm manual focus SLR film cameras. It can also be adapted with a proper dedicated adapter to many mirror-less DSLR's including Sony Nex, Nikon 1, Canon M, Samsung NX, Pentax Q, Olympus/Panasonic Micro 4/3rd, and others. Lens barrel is in excellent condition cosmetically with little wear noted. Paint is thick and lettering is bright. Lens appears to have had little use. Lens glass is beautiful. No haze, fog, fungus, or scratches are noted. Aperture appears to function normally with distinct stops. No oil on 6-blades. Blades are fast and snappy. Focus and zoom is smooth. Lens filter size is 55mm.
