Description: No Reserve Auction; Original Owner--retiree; very (very) lightly used; has been kept in climate-controlled storage for years (and years!) Buy with confidence--I have all positive reviews since joining eBay in 2002.For those interested---a little history. This offering includes the Winston IM6 graphite rod--Serial Number 17284. From 1989-1994/95 Winston used IM6 (Loomis blanks) - early roughly serial numbers #15,000 –#25000 / later #25,000 through roughly #43,500. These Loomis blanks were manufactured to Winston designed specs. The reason the IM6 fly rods are so prized is they were designed by Tom Morgan along with input from Glen Bracket but were fabricated by G. Loomis in Woodland, WA to a blank craftsmanship standard equaled by few and not even close ever by Winston, which then finished them to high standards also not equaled in recent years.This offering includes Winston rod, original tube and storage sock, reel, and Dunn hard carrying case.
