Description: This is a magnificent original print of Rondal Patridge's famous photograph: ANSEL ADAMS Photographing in the High Sierra. Image is signed by Partridge in the lower right corner, numbered 20/100 in the lower left corner. Photograph was taken around 1938, printed as a platinum print around 2002. Rondal Partridge was an early assistant of Ansel Adams, and he was also the son of Imogen Cunningham. This photograph was likely taken when Adams was making images for the book Sierra Nevada: the John Muir Trail. Image itself is 6" x 9", mounted to a 14" x 18" archival board. I had the image matted and framed when I purchased it. The image, mat, and frame are all in perfect condition. It is in a smoke-free home. Please feel free to ask any questions.
