THIS PLATE IS GUARANTEED TO BE DMV CLEAR FOR 30 DAYS, BUT AS YOU CAN SEE IT IS A MESS, ALL THE NUMBERS ARE PRESENT AND VISIBLE, AND THAT'S ALL THE DMV REQUIRES FOR REGISTRATION......THE PLATE LAYS RELATIVELY FLAT, BUT IS MISSING A COUPLE PIECES AT THE BOTTOM AND THE UPPER BOLT HOLES HAVE BEEN ENLARGED........ BUT HONESTLY IT DOES NOT LOOK THAT BAD WHEN IT IS IN A FRAME, AS THERE ARE NO EXTRA HOLES AND IT DOES HOLD TIGHT WHEN FRAMED.........Actually it looks pretty damn good when the plate is in a frame....Surprisingly enough the plate still contains, much of it's original gloss, and it does have a 1971 & 1974 year sticker on it...... So if you just wanna get your bike legally registered for the cheapest amount of money, this may be your listing......The frame pictured IS NOT included with this listing as I just wanted to show you how this plate looks in a frame......But that LONG BEACH HONDA FRAME is in our other auctions........
