There are a few small indent marks in the outer plastic of the front side of the case. There is a large crack inside of the case in the upper right-hand side edge. The center clip of the case that holds the disc is slightly broken. However, it still holds the disc just fine. There is a small puncture hole in the back side of the case. Comes as shown in the photos. What you see is what you will receive.
