This listing does not include an original terminal, only the upgraded terminal kit. This kit allows you to convert your Sansui to use modern binding posts. Includes one set of adapter panels, binding posts, hardware, and detailed instructions. One kit is good for one speaker output (e.g. one pair of speakers), but many Sansui models have output for multiple pairs of speakers (speaker A/B/C, quadraphonic, etc.). Below is a list of compatible models. The number in parentheses indicates the number of speaker outputs the model has. Order this amount if you would like to convert all of the amplifier's speaker outputs to use binding posts. If you are not confident working with electronics please consider having an electronics tech perform the conversion. This modification allows you to use banana plugs, spades, bare wire, or whatever compatible connection you choose. The conversion is non-destructive, requires no extra hardware, and no modification of the rear panel. The adapter plates are held to the rear panel using the original hardware (machine screws threaded into tapped holes). Soldering equipment, tools, and basic skills are required. All soldering can be performed outside of the amplifier prior to assembly of the parts.
