I will generally inspect used items for a final time before shipment. I recommend requesting signature confirmation on delivery for larger and more expensive items. Standard shipping is almost always UPS but I will use USPS and Fedex if UPS is not available. I may not be able to ship to PO boxes depending on the size of the package but I will use Fedex SmartPost if it allows me.
