You could easily make this a platter tutu by stitching the layers together. Each layer is heavily ruffled and if you pancaked it yourself, you would have a $100 tutu that any professional ballerina would be proud to perform in. Sorry I could not get a better photo of this item, but this tutu is HUGE when you lay it out and it tends to want to move.
