This was designed for older PC's so may have issues running on more modern rigs. Shipping: -Same business day shipping if payment is received by 4 P.M. Returns: -Returns are accepted if the item is in the same condition as shipped and brand new items that have been opened are non-refundable. -Due to the nature of my items being mostly collectible, if a new item is opened and does not work I will not refund.
